A Bright Future For Us All

Found this on the internet.

The graduate with a Science degree asks, "Why does it work?"
The graduate with an Engineering degree asks, "How does it work?"
The graduate with an Accounting degree asks, "How much will it cost?"
The graduate with a Liberal Arts degree asks, "Do you want fries with that?"

  2. You know, most of my friends sent me that email when I started going here, or when they found out what type of school it is.

  3. When I told a girl I work with that I go to a liberal arts school, she said "Oh...", paused a moment, then asked "So, you're a liberal, eh?"

    And she wasn't kidding.
    *sigh*

    P.S. - Why do you think I learned "Do you want fries with that?" in French? Gotta be prepared.

  4. Here's a better one;
    The Science major asks, "Why does it work?"
    The Engineering major asks, "How does it work?"
    The Accounting major asks, "How much will it cost?" ...
    and the Liberal Arts major asks, "What the heck is it?"

    After all, that is the most important question! (Or maybe that is the philosophy major part of me speaking.)

    P.S. Way to go Propter Quid!

    Scarcely Human: Yeah ... time to lay some edjumication down!
    Seriously though, did you enlighten her?
